Arctic Fox Enterprises is a sister concern of Dasmesh Enterprises. The word “Dasmesh” itself means the 10^th Guru himself, Shri Guru Gobind Singh ji of the Sikh religion. Dasmesh Enterprises was named in an offering to the 10^th Guru. Dasmesh Enteprises had a very humble beginning. Mr. Nirmal Singh Saini the founder, being the eldest son in the family had migrated all the way from his hometown in Punjab to earn a living for his big family in the year 1950.

After a lot of hardships and doing menial jobs he was able to buy a taxi for himself. Years of driving and tireless working led him to purchase few lathe machines and set up a workshop at a family friend’s land. But due to dispute he gave up the setup and machines to the landlord. Having renounced his sole venture he was back to square one, driving a Taxi. With relentless hard work he bought a miniscule piece of land and built a small hotel named Café Punjab (Later renamed as Dasmesh Punjab Hotel) in the area of Kurla, Mumbai in the year 1961. He continued to drive his taxi as he had no knowledge of running the Hotel business. He appointed a cook to manage his hotel. However, the hotel did not earn him any profits so he decided to take over the hotel himself as challenge after a duel with the Cook. From that day on to the year 2002 when he passed away, he left substantial amount of wealth to all 4 of his sons and his successor at Dasmesh Punjab Hotel, Mr. Gobind Singh Saini.

Mr. Gobind Singh Saini took on the baton from his father and with persistent hard work and being an excellent businessman further expanded the business. Mr. Gobind Singh Saini currently runs multiple businesses majorly dealing into Realties, Hotels, Advertising and few other businesses.

Mr. Jagjit Singh Saini, his son, a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering finished it in the year 2015 and then went onto complete his PGDM Degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in correspondence. Having initially joined his Uncle’s firm with great aspirations but the association was short lived and eventually started his own firm M/s Arctic Fox Enterprises Private Limited incorporated on 12^th Feb 2016. The firm was awarded a dealership of Carrier Traniscold in the same year. Until 2021, the company was only dealing into Transport Air-conditioning & Refrigeration business. In the year 2022, the company entered the Automobile industry with a service dealership of Tata Motors and distribution and sales of various brands of electric scooters. In the current year 2023, the company has clocked it’s highest ever turnover and revenue since its inception.

The company envisions to further expand its business in the industries of Automobiles, Refrigeration, Electric Mobility & other greener and organic businesses. Company wishes to achieve the above by following best business practices, processes and a world class HR policy to look after its employees. The founder is highly motivated to achieve the aforesaid and derives his morals from his mentors; his father Mr. Gobind Singh Saini, his mother Ranjit Kaur Saini, his Uncle Harvinder Bhela & his Aunt Baljit Banga and his grandparents Nirmal Singh Saini, Sukhdev Kaur Saini, Balwant Singh Bhela, Rajinder Kaur Bhela & friends and other family members.
